Our CS team engages with our strategic accounts from their first day. They build positive, trusted relationships, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their iFOLIO tools and investments.Customer Success:
Customer Enthusiasm: lead full client engagement cycle from welcome to introduction of their creative to delivery of custom creative.Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with iFOLIO Creative Team & resources to ensure strategic alignment.Deliver trainings and custom creative to maintain customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.Share the iFOLIO value proposition with existing clients so they can utilize the product in innovative ways.Coordinate internal iFOLIO resources to meet customer business needs.Best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency: Learn the product and playbook of how current customers are innovating with iFOLIO. Educate clients on the power and value of a collaborative digital platform for sales, marketing, and analytics. Share your digital business card and digital sales presentation!Preferred Qualifications:
3 years in Enterprise SoftwareManagement of one large key accountAbility to strategize with a teamExperience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)Life at iFOLIO
