The Depot Lead will partner closely with the Forest CMC team, Raytheon Strategy Team, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations, Planning) team to drive transformation across the sustainment/depot operations within the Forest CMC. You will transform sustainment/depot operations by creating a common operating system to take customer’s units efficiently and effectively, perform the necessary scope of work to quality standards on time to the customer requirement.

You will have experience using a wide variety of analysis and continuous improvement methods and tools and will be capable of selecting the appropriate approach for the scenario. Situational awareness, flexibility, and creativity are pivotal to your success, as well as your advanced skills in influencing and leading change, confidently and independently.

What You Will Do

Develop strategic plans and execute strategy to meet business growth objectives.

Quickly identify root cause of issues & recommend correction action along with lessons learned.

Lead efforts to promote standardization and integration, as appropriate.

Drive roadmaps, investments, and optimization of footprint.

Ensure alignment with Raytheon Operations strategy.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 10 years prior relevant experience.

Experience leading a team in an operation, manufacturing, program, cross-functional, or equivalent environment.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Prior experience in depot operations.

Prior experience being a change agent who can develop a transformation strategy and then drive the transformation.

Previous experience with consistent communication and promoting collaboration across all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is 128,000 USD - 258,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
