BrightStar Care of Central, Ohio is currently looking for a highly motivated outside salesperson to help us grow our company.
At BrightStar Care, we want to partner with the community’s leading health care organizations and businesses to help them with their healthcare clients. We work with Medicare home care agencies, hospice agencies, hospitals, skilled nursing communities, assisted living, independent living communities, and anyone who needs a higher level of care in their home or living environment.
We specialize in long- and short-term care for high-needs newborn babies to seniors who are looking to age in place at their own home or living environment. We also provide medical staffing services for a variety of healthcare industries.
Job expectations include but are not limited to:
Regular communications with our current referral sources to make sure their needs are being met sufficiently.
Generate new medical staffing partnerships while maintaining and enhancing existing relationships.
Communicating with our client care coordinators to make sure that they are placing the best caregiver in the home environment.
Help reassure families that they are going to be taken care of to the best of Brightstar’s abilities.
Build, manage and maintain a database of referral sources and prospects on a weekly basis.
Participate fully in the weekly plan for the home care division to make sure home care goals are being met.
Making out-of-office sales visits to potential referrals and prospects as well as leverage current client base to include other opportunities in their community.
Other sales-related functions.
Hours:
Normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm) but your time and efforts are sometimes outside of those hours.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
