Requisition ID: 1662Salary Range: $56,000.00 To 65,000.00 AnnuallyThe individual in this position is responsible for the overall development and planning activities helping to generate annual giving funds for Community Health of South Florida (CHI) and its fundraising sister organization the Community Health of South Florida Foundation (the CHI foundation). Responsibilities include:Planning and implementing creative digital and direct mail appeals with a high degree of customization and emotional appeal.Managing CHI’s Employee Giving Program (The Caring Society).Conducting donor stewardship activities and managing donor journeys.Serving as Development Liaison to Managers at all CHI health centers.Collaborating with the Director of Development and other staff to develop fundraising strategies.Coordinating with CHI Communications Team to ensure consistency and integrity of message and brand.Identifying and referring potential Major Giving donors to the Director of Development.Supporting the implementation of prospect management software to enhance fundraising operations.Recording actions in the fundraising database on a timely and accurate basis, including filing contact reports for all face-to-face visits.Assisting in moving annual donors through the donor pyramid into the next giving level.Developing creative connections among people, events, programs, and their associated circles.Maintaining efficient systems for data cleansing, data entry, and prospect research.Overseeing budgets, progress, deadlines, goals, and objectives related to annual giving and donor relations.Coordinating special events, ceremonies, and fundraising programs.Developing content and updates for the CHI Foundation website.Participating in the process of organizational goal evaluation and development as needed.Assisting with grant writing as needed.Participating in CHI’s Journey to Excellence as a leader.Monitoring funding opportunities to support the CHI mission.Reporting to work on time and ready to work with minimal absenteeism.Adhering to Confidentiality Policies & Procedures / HIPAA Regulations.Performing other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 4 years of Donor Stewardship and Fundraising Operations experience preferred. CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Excellent computer, analysis, communication and presentation skills. Must be computer literate.
