Provides leadership for ensuring the safe, cost effective, efficient, and environmentally responsible field and plant operation in accordance with business plans and company objectives. Accountable for all aspects of performance and for all personnel working in the field and on site. Responsible for professional development and career advancement of team members. Participates as a member of the EnLink Operations & Engineering Leadership team and provides direction and input to engineering and operations strategic plan.An overview of the roles and responsibilities for the position of Operations Senior Director include but are not limited to:EHS Leadership:

Actively engage with the workforce in the field and the plants. Set expectations concerning continual improvement in GoalZERO performance and lead the organization in achieving EHS goals and objectives.Ensure appropriate processes and systems are in place and lead the effort to maintain compliance with EnLink's EHS/Operational Excellence standards and applicable regulatory agency requirements.Act as a role model for desired safety behaviors. Act as signature authority for safety, environmental, PSM and DOT compliance documentation. Ensure ethical behavior and regulatory compliance by all personnel.

Operations Leadership:

Lead in a manner consistent with EnLink's mission, vision and values.Lead the change agenda by guiding the organization through the line organization and embracing a continuous improvement mindset.Define clear roles and responsibilities for the site staff, provide authority to meet these roles and responsibilities and hold the organization accountable.Ensure operations systems are in place, functioning well and monitored through appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Understand, communicate and act on site financial plans and results.Coordinate with Engineering, Business Development, Commercial Gas Supply, Marketing, Commercial Gas Control and other groups to optimize and expand the assets.Responsible for meeting objectives including OPEX and CAPEX budgets, Measurement L&U goals, Asset reliability, availability and utilization goals, maintenance management metrics and recovery goals.

Company Leadership:

Develop working relationships and goal alignment with other asset operations leaders and corporate leaders.Develop an understanding of Company goals and objectives to ensure that asset operations activities are aligned.Champion initiatives and innovation to pursue best practices within the organization and to identify and capture opportunities for synergies.

Qualifications:B.S. in Engineering or multiple years of experience in a similar role is preferred.10+ years of experience with midstream, upstream or downstream engineering and/or operations experience.Experience in midstream assets; including those with pipeline, gas processing, fractionation, compression, treating, and dehydration equipment is preferred.Experience with CO2 transportation and compression is a plus.Knowledgeable in all aspects of PSM, DOT, and EHS industry guidelines.Experience with Operational Excellence programs and Continuous Improvement in leadership and contributing roles is a plus.Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills including the ability to interface with internal & external customer contacts.Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.Must possess a high level of personal initiative, be capable of independent decision-making and work effectively with minimal supervision.EOENo sponsorshipsNo agencies
