We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Principal Product Innovator
to spearhead emerging product innovations within our OneTru Innovation Team. This role demands a unique blend of business acumen, hands-on data science experience, product management proficiency, and expert customer engagement skills. 10+ years of experience in technology & analytics consulting, technical pre-sales, product management, and/or customer-facing data science rolesProven track record of leading development and launch of successful data-driven productsStrong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, applied AI, and statistical modeling techniquesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentStrong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering teamsExperience in applying user-centric design principles to meet user’s needsExperience in rapid prototyping and developing MVPs to test and validate conceptsProactively stays current on industry trends & market research to inform product innovation decisionsExceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenStrategic thinker with strong bias for actionThis is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a weekImpact You'll Make:
Product Innovation & Development:
Lead the ideation, research, and development of new product concepts leveraging our innovative solution enablement platform, OneTru, within the information services and SaaS domain. Utilize design thinking in collaboration with our customers to build prototypes and MVPs that address key market opportunitiesCross-functional Leadership:
Collaborate with tight cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, marketing, and sales, to ensure rapid product incubation and executionCustomer Engagement:
Engage with existing and potential customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify unique customer needs. Craft compelling sales presentations to promote novel product ideas.Performance Metrics:
Define and monitor key performance indicators for product success. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights & feedback to optimize product performance and customer satisfactionBenefits:

The salary range for this position is $157,205.00 - $266,500.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
