We have a robust recognition program, with ongoing and enhanced awards for exemplary performance.How You Will Contribute:Reporting to Senior Manager, IT Applications, as DocuSign Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize the usage and effectiveness of Contract Management. You will play a critical role in analyzing contract data, identifying trends and patterns, and translating them into actionable strategies. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and DocuSign platform knowledge will contribute to the overall success of digital transformation initiatives.Automatically extract critical clauses and terms.Search across contracts by full text, metadata and legal concept.View side-by-side comparisons of key clauses across selected agreements.Driving the technical vision and strategy for development, influencing the roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and intuitive user experiences.Mentoring and guiding engineers through design and code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Insights Generation: Generate meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize DocuSign usage.Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to DocuSign usage.User Adoption and Training: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs and resources to increase user adoption.Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation, electronic signatures, and contract management. Share industry best practices and innovative approaches to maximize the value of DocuSign.Process Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, procurement, and IT, to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.Integrate DocuSign Insights with our existing systems (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Snowflake, Oracle, Salesforce).What Does Ciena Expect of You?Initiative:

you keep abreast of competitive developments and are always keen to formulate new ideas and problem solve.The Must Haves:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.DocuSign Expertise: Proven experience with DocuSign configuration, including a deep understanding of workflows, templates, envelopes, and integrations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using DocuSign's API and integration tools.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Certifications: DocuSign certifications (e.g., DocuSign Certified Administrator, DocuSign Certified Developer) is a plus.Industry Experience: 5+ Years of Experience in our industry or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and advancements in DocuSign CLM technology.Compensation and Benefits:The annual pay range for this position in Canada is 76,300 - 121,900 CAD.Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Please note that the pay range information provided in this posting pertains specifically to the primary location, which is the top location listed in case multiple locations are available.Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
