The Global Sourcing Manager identifies the appropriate field resources to execute initiatives, manages supplier relationships, and ensures contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio within North America. This role also serves as the lead liaison for coordinating with other Sourcing Leads in other regions globally to ensure continuity of programs, initiatives, and reporting.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe position interfaces with key internal and external clients to obtain their sponsorship, understand their sourcing needs, perform market research, devise sourcing strategies, lead the supplier selection process, and negotiate agreements.Develop sourcing strategies within the assigned category, including analyzing category spend, obtaining business requirements, identifying cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and creating a sourcing strategy.Execute sourcing strategies, including identifying and leading cross-functional teams, managing sourcing events, and negotiating contracts.Manage supplier relationships, including development and tracking of key performance indicators, facilitating strategic supplier meetings, and driving adherence to contractual agreements.Partner with operations teams by providing management, detailed instruction, and continuous follow-up to support daily sourcing and supply chain activities.Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio and across business lines.Support service lines in all countries for budget preparation and management.Maintain insight into sourcing initiatives in all regions to report to leadership as needed.Job DutiesDevelop, lead, and execute commodity sourcing strategies for facility and project management services.Develop category plans to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries, and market insights.Lead all sourcing-related functions: due diligence, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective transition to operations.Identify and lead appropriate field resources to execute initiatives and manage supplier relationships.Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio.Partner with the client and Jones Lang LaSalle Facility Management team to drive benefits to the client.Assess and build annual sourcing initiatives with detailed service commodity strategies.Provide strategic thought leadership to identify additional cost and operational efficiencies.Communicate, coordinate, and implement local and regional sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations.Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.Conduct local and regional Preferred Supplier performance review meetings and manage supplier scorecards.Support e-commerce procurement initiatives.Analyze price proposals and financial reports to determine reasonability.Report on all sourcing metrics globally.Support a supplier diversity program per client and company requirements.QUALIFICATIONSStrong computer skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook.5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain field; global experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and pricing structures.Experience in developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.Effective communication skills with business unit clients and stakeholders.Ability to enhance and execute processes and procedures.Strong project management skills.Excellent planning, organization, and delivery skills.Interpersonal skills to work with a range of stakeholders.Leadership skills for managing contractors and consultants.Estimated total compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.Location:
