Job Description:We are seeking a meticulously organized and efficient Accounts Payable Specialist with 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle AP position. In your day to day, you will...Scan, upload and key invoices and bills into SAP accounting software.
Sort, code and match vendor and supplier invoices.
Process invoices through approval workflows and follow up with departments on missing information.
Prepare and process payments and disbursements to our vendors and suppliers.
Review invoice exceptions and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain tax-exempt files and ensure sales tax is accurate.
Audit, review and process expense reports.
Participate in special projects such as reporting, 1099s, process documentation, system integrations, or month-end responsibilities.
Qualifications would include:2+ years in Accounts Payable.
Associates degree is preferred but not required.
You should consider yourself to be very organized, prompt, and efficient.
You should be a self-starter, who embraces team collaboration and has an eye for detail.
You should love working in Excel and be comfortable learning new systems such as SAP.
You should be flexible to work in-office on a regular basis.
