How You'll Make an Impact

We're looking for a Director of Client Development to join our New York team. Your mission will be to create win/win outcomes by introducing Yieldify's highly differentiated on-site personalization solutions into the Epsilon and Publicis Groupe existing portfolio of clients. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on getting deals over the finish line. You'll report to the Vice President of Sales and work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.

What You'll Achieve

We expect the ideal candidate to use general business acumen to uncover business needs, identify opportunities and create impactful positioning of how on-site personalization investment will help our clients achieve their business goalsDrive revenue for Yieldify by navigating internal organization and building relationships with key stakeholders across Epsilon and Publicis GroupeBe consultative and use creativity to create and deliver customized sales solutions that address the client's compelling events and help them meet their goalsEffectively facilitate day-to-day management of account both internally and externallyBuild relationships with key stakeholders both internally and at the client level, including key decision makers and influencers with these organizationsWork to quickly learn and understand the landscape the client operates in to help address their needs in a way that is competitive, differentiated, and meaningfulNegotiate with key internal and client decision makers and influencers to create positive outcomes for Publicis Groupe, Epsilon, and the clientLead internal resources for the successful preparation and delivery of objective-based solutions on behalf of our clientsJob Description

Who You Are

What you'll bring with you:

5-8 years of professional sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience)Experience across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting.Self-motivation - able to identify opportunities, new business, and market gaps.Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those client objectives utilizing the Epsilon PeopleCloud full product offering.Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling.Strong business and strategic planning acumenSolid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniquesUnderstanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurementStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsEffective communication across multiple levels of an organizationWorks well in a team/highly collaborative environmentDemonstrated sales & business development experienceStrong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint and Sales Management software (i.e. Salesforce.com)

Why you might stand out from other talent:

BA/BS with strong academic record preferred. MBA a plus.

The total target compensation for this role will be approximately $180,000 annually.
