As the

West Hub Manager , you will be the procurement lead for supporting multiple manufacturing plants and one R&D lab with a focus to optimize service and to simplify the interface between the various sites. Lead the procurement in hub & GPO operations, including executing global procurement strategies and developing local procurement strategies in the sites, and provide expert support to the hub’s sites.

What will I get to do in this position?Responsible for the hub’s overall results and implementation, including compliance with ICL’s standards.Manage all procurement in the hub that is not managed globally or regionally.Lead procurement related activities of all sites in the hub and communicate them to regional/global Sourcing Managers.Lead the procurement organization as the primary contact in the hub and ensure the sites receive optimal results in a timely manner.Lead in negotiations of agreements for lower dollar, lower volume items to ensure the sites have what is needed.Responsible for the implementation of regional/global contracts by the Hub’s sites; recommend changes to Sourcing Managers.Business partner to the sites focused on their needs, customer satisfaction, savings, compliance and risk reduction while optimizing total cost of ownership.Sites that Hub Manager will be supporting include: 1 site in St. Louis, MO, Lawrence, KS, Hammond, IN, and 1 R&D lab in Webster Groves, MO.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10 years of related experience.5+ years of professional procurement experience and/or equivalent manufacturing/supply chain experience.Proven track record in executing key procurement processes.Strong negotiation, leadership & customer skills.Knowledge of ICL businesses a plus.Ability to travel approximately 20% (almost entirely in North America).

Compensation at ICL:

If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package.

Salary Range:

$83,000 - $114,000

Annual Bonus Target:

7%, subject to plan provisions.
