Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power is the Space Systems Command Program Executive Office (PEO) focused on delivering cyber, ground- and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to national, allied, and commercial space systems.Minimum Knowledge and Experience:Expert in design and development of entire space systems, including subcomponents.Expert in multiple space operations and space control-related fields, including but not limited to orbitology, navigation, sensor employment, communications, optimization, and command and control.Description of work:Provide space acquisitions, engineering, operations, and technical advice and assistance for all projects and programs, as required, to support any stage of the acquisition life cycle.Revise or provide draft JCIDS and acquisition documentation to the applicable Government program manager.Provide a draft SME-level technical and/or programmatic status report of any individual program or of the portfolio, in coordination with the Government program manager.Identify areas of improvement, including acquisition process improvements, and provide actionable recommendations.Maintain awareness of current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, and report requirement shortfalls.Advise the Government program manager on technical engagements.Provide technical and operational insight to support mission protection, operations, and mission data assessments.Educational Requirements:
MA/MS. A Bachelor’s degree is acceptable if the candidate possesses at least 12 years of experience in this type of position or program.Experience Requirements:Over 10 years of relative experience.Experience with the MS Office Suite of Tools.Must have TS/SCI and have current SCI access.Position is contingent on BryceTech winning a prime bid on the USSF SSC HEMISPHERE contract and subsequent TOs.BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
