We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our warehouse operations in Oakland, CA. This role is perfect for a hands-on manager with an established background in cold storage or food production and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse performance.Salary:
$74,000 - $90,000 per yearShift:

High SchoolResponsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and safety standards.Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Maintain inventory accuracy and implement effective storage solutions.Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a warehouse environment.Experience in cold storage or food production is highly preferred.Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.The essential functions of this role include:Working in a non-temperature controlled environment.Standing for 6 hours at one time.Working up to 4 hours of overtime per week.Skills:Working IndependentlyMicrosoft OfficeGoogle for Business SuiteManagingStock ManagementERPSAPManager (3 years of experience is required)Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
