The Order Management Representative is responsible for assuring smooth processing of all orders through fulfillment for all Elevate Outdoor Collective brands. This role works closely with Supply Chain and the Distribution Center to confirm product availability, coordinate priority of inventory, and fulfill orders as on time and complete as possible. The emphasis is on allocation analysis and management while also supporting other critical areas of order processing.Responsibilities

Create and follow exception reporting to find order data errors and take action to fix to assure smooth processing in our system.Manage all system-related order management tasks for all Amazon orders; review allocations, confirm in Vendor Central, release orders to the warehouse, maintain clean orders post shipping.Evaluate not-allocated list with DC and Supply chain on a daily/weekly basis to assure inventory is properly being stocked and/or planned to accommodate order needs. Request inventory transfers as needed.In coordination with Supply Chain and Sales, identify oversold items on orders and adjust or cancel as needed. Notify impacted parties.Build and maintain documentation showing order prioritization preferences for supply allocation related to customer hierarchies, sales program preferences, and requested ship dates.Create reporting to monitor system allocation defaults; manipulate reallocations as needed to support inventory turns.Based on available supply and inbound supply versus order ship dates, coordinate a fulfillment plan with the DC that will maximize fill rates and fulfillment on-time scheduling.Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports that evaluate the effectiveness of current allocation strategy and fulfillment plan. Recommend adjustments to Sr Manager Customer Service and DS Supervisor as needed.Gather and organize all Preseason Program material from the Sales management team; create reference documents and assist in the build-out exception reports to support the Dealer Service team in auditing orders for accuracy.Understand the logic of both order and return processing in the ERP and take action to help keep all transactions clean and current in the system, including but not limited to updating preseason terms later in the season, cancel date reviews, old/unreceived RMAs.Accountable for understanding and following standard operating procedures for order management including discounts, terms, and quantities.Be available for support to the dealer services team in any backup needs for order handling.May be asked to train new hires.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications

2-4 years customer service experience (focus on wholesale customer support).Advanced skills in MS Windows applications, particularly Excel for analytics.Experience in or strong understanding of ERP logic and processes.Ability to work well in a team environment and cross-functionally.Detail-oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated.Excellent follow-through and persistence.Ability to prioritize, multitask, and escalate when needed.Initiative to improve processes.Genuine interest and understanding of K2 products and sports we service.Ability to work overtime and/or an adjusted schedule during peak season.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.Experience with ERP systems.Physical Requirements
