97,520.56 - 117,024.67 USD Per Year
Working Location:
San Leandro: San Leandro Center
Working Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday, AM shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
Master's degree in a Mental Health Field plus ten years’ experience in a mental health field with at least two years’ experience post licensure.
Above clinical experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or community-based settings. Two years’ experience with County mental health, child welfare, and/or juvenile probation systems and services. Four years’ experience in behavioral health management.
Licensed as MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist
Valid California Driver's License.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
This position has primary responsibility for oversight of the School Success Program (SSP) and the School-Based Therapy Enriched Program (STEP). The SSP Director provides operational and clinical leadership to the SSP and STEP management team and the service delivery team, as necessary.
Division/Program Overview:
School based outpatient program
Provide services at designated school sites and in the community year round
Services offered: Individual, family and group therapy, parent support groups, case management, collaboration with school staff
Serve youth ages 5-18
Services offered are trauma informed and culturally responsive
