Responsibilities:Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.Payroll Administration - data collection and input into ADP Workforce Now system.Benefits Administration - works closely with brokers and provider representatives. Educates staff on all aspects of employee benefits.Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Requirements:Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role at a large nonprofit.In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems.Strong knowledge and experience with Benefits Administration.Knowledge of performance management techniques and employee evaluation processes.Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.Ability to conduct effective interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Job Type:
