University of Maine System - Director of Graduate Student Recruitment

The Director of Graduate Student Recruitment for UMaine Graduate School works within the Graduate School to lead the recruitment team and meet annual new student recruitment goals. He or she develops the recruitment plan and implements creative strategies to meet goals. This role includes supervision of the Graduate Student Recruiters – both domestic and international. The person will identify opportunities for growth, provide regular status updates and data analysis, collaborate with university stakeholders, lead recruitment event planning, and travel as needed. The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.Qualifications:Required:Successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree.Experience in recruitment, admissions and/or enrollment management.Knowledge of current best practices in graduate recruitment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent computer skills, social media knowledge, and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.Valid US Driver’s License.Experience and ability to travel domestically and internationally.Preferred:Familiarity with the composition of the undergraduate and graduate student body at the University of Maine.Familiarity with the graduate programs at the University of Maine.Experience using a CRM program.To be considered for this position you will need to “Apply” and upload the documentation listed below:A cover letter which describes your experience, interests, and suitability for the position.Candidates selected to proceed to the final stages of the search process will be requested to provide a list of names and contact information for references.
