The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel programs and their amplification and optimization. Working with the Digital & Insights team, the candidate will have a deep understanding of digital/social trends and platforms and their role in an integrated communications strategy. The candidate should have experience developing digital communications strategies and defining and measuring KPIs or OKRs.What You'll DoContribute to the strategy and implementation of digital campaigns for a variety of accounts across North America, including content creation, measurement and analytics, and paid media strategy and execution.Collaborate with other team members, including colleagues across other practices, on the research, execution, and measurement of integrated communication programs.Serve as one of the day-to-day practitioners on accounts, helping to project manage and deliver client work against timelines.Manage and launch paid media campaigns from start to finish, including budget planning, ad concepting, campaign trafficking, performance monitoring, and measurement.Participate in new business research and preparation of presentations.Assist with ongoing program measurement and lead campaign progress report development.Create deliverables for managers and project leads in a timely and efficient manner.How You’ll GrowDirect access to leadership with defined long-term career planning will ensure you continue to develop your skills as a paid media specialist. With an emphasis on a collaborative team approach, we all learn from each other as we share diverse perspectives and ways of working to best meet client challenges and continue to grow the firm.What You Will Need To SucceedBasic Qualifications2+ years of experience managing paid digital and social campaigns in an agency, professional services or corporate environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.Ability to travel to clients and to FTI office(s) as needed.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsConsulting and digital advocacy experience is a plus.Experience in holistic digital strategy, including social media content development and paid media across relevant platforms and communications channels, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and similar channels.Experience with custom data targeting and data platforms (LiveRamp, etc.), ad buying platforms, influencer marketing and traditional media buying.Strong communications skills, including ability to successfully contribute to a fast-paced team environment and to be responsive to ever-changing sector and client needs.Ability to conduct research and contribute to development of client-ready recommendations.Experience gathering and analyzing social media conversation data to derive insights and tell a story.Knowledge of and experience with digital and social media measurement tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, Facebook Insights, etc.).About FTI ConsultingFTI Consulting is a global business advisory firm dedicated to helping clients with their most significant opportunities and challenges.
