Warehouse Manager

In this role, you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves while interacting with the team to drive and improve company warehouse processes, cost reductions, all while increasing productivity and efficiency for a distribution warehouse. Full time position with full benefits package.Responsibilities:
Manages all receiving of incoming merchandise. Identifies and reconciles shipment discrepancies such as damaged or missing merchandise.Responsible for overseeing daily routing and loading of company delivery trucks.Maintains rental equipment and delivery trucks by performing routine inspections. Must complete preventive maintenance reports and notify supervisor if repairs are needed.Reviews and approves all paperwork to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments.Prepares bill of lading for all outbound freight. Works with LTL transportation vendors to ensure cost effective deliveries.Maintains inventory controls by cycle counting stock, verifying bin location and coordinating with purchasing department on any discrepancies or issues. CRM or ERP Experience needed (for reporting, tracking, & keeping inventory organization).Maintains safe and clean work environment by maintaining clean shipping area and organizing shelf space.Follows company policies and procedures.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.Manages, evaluates, and reports on warehouse productivity. Performs written disciplinary documentation and annual reviews for warehouse staff.Must pass a background check, drug test, and have clean MVR.Must be able to operate a forklift and manual pallet jack.Additional duties may be required.Minimum Requirements:
Must have experience with Excel and Word.Minimum Experience: Three to Five years of Warehouse Manager experience.Minimum Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.Class D driver’s license is required.Must perform general physical activities and be able to lift 50 pounds.Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is preferred.Job Type:
