Director of Food and Beverage!
Qualifications:
6+ years of similar F&B Director experience with luxury hotels/5 star properties
Multi unit operations a must
Pre-opening experience a huge plus
Responsibilities:
Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring that all aspects of service and quality meet the hotel’s luxury standards. Implement and maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the food and beverage offerings, including menu design, pricing strategies, and service protocols. Align initiatives with the hotel’s brand identity and guest expectations.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of culinary and service professionals. Foster a positive work environment, promote staff development, and ensure that team members adhere to service excellence standards.

$135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
