The Wine and Spirits Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business. The store manager plays a key role in driving success by making strategic decisions and fostering a positive shopping environment.Responsibilities

Essential Functions:Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and Omni SOP.Manage the store's profit and loss (P&L) and make sound business decisions.Handle supply ordering, inventory management, merchandising, and pricing integrity.Supervise and train all staff, fostering excellent customer service.Maintain store appearance to meet or exceed Omni standards.Set individual team goals to meet and exceed the store's revenue budget.Conduct team meetings to set expectations for operational procedures, merchandising, and sales goals.Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational standards are met.Schedule employees to manage payroll while adhering to wage and hour budget.Verify inventory, process orders, and reconcile discrepancies.Utilize business acumen to create and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and recaps.Support all Omni Hotels & Resorts' associate engagement and training programs: including Moments of Service and Power of Engagement.All other reasonable tasks and assignments as requested by the Director of Retail or senior leadership.Qualifications

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience considered in lieu of degree.3-5 years of retail management experience required. Ideally in the wine and spirits industry.Must have TIPS certification.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
