Continuous Improvement Director

The Director Continuous Improvement (CI) will drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, with a standard process and methodology through the coaching and developing of these behaviors throughout the organization in partnership with the Americas CI initiative. Working closely with a team, this person will execute a continuous improvement strategy, including driving Lean process frameworks, utilizing technology-based tools to drive efficiency, and ensuring all employees are empowered to continuously improve. The CI leader will help identify and support opportunities for improvement in accuracy, timeliness, efficiency and ensure there's value to the stakeholders with regards to cost, quality, safety, and service.What We Offer:
