We’re looking for a People (HR) Business Partner to support our operations employee population in our quickly growing airport operations. In this role, you’ll work to continue to make CLEAR a premiere employer of choice and drive our values and culture across the company. You will have the opportunity to directly shape and improve processes both within your assigned region and across the broader organization.What you’ll do:Work with local management to handle employee relations and communication mattersContribute to regional operations team meetings by driving People initiativesInvestigate and liaise with the Legal department to respond to employee relations, labor relations and other employment mattersUnderstand company reporting and have the ability to analyze effectively to make timely recommendations to alleviate risk or positively impact the business and employeesEnsure decisions made and approaches created are in compliance with federal and state requirementsLead, collaborate, and contribute to projects with other People team members or cross functionally in support of the organization’s strategic goalsAnalyze current trends, survey info, policies and reporting to make recommendations on improvements to the workplace in sync with CLEAR’s mission, vision and valuesServe as a trusted advisor to the leadership team to develop proactive strategies that address any trends/root causes identified by employee relations metricsDrive HR compliance with local and federal wage and employment laws within regionCreate and sustain quarterly leadership training, feedback loops and recognition programsMentor and develop station leaders with a people area of responsibility (AOR) to ensure best practices and standards are maintainedFacilitate trainings, onboarding, and own assigned projects as neededWho you are:5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience; including a background working with hourly populations + strong emphasis on employee relationsDemonstrated success working in ambiguity, living in the data, and managing disparate employee situationsAbility to adapt quickly to changing needs without losing momentum on key prioritiesStrong project management and execution skills with strong track record of applying techniques and best practices in effective working partnerships across organizational linesExperience in coaching business partners and managersExcellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, influencing, and relationship-building across functionsExcellent oral/written communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to travel up to 50%, depending on company needsHow You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best.
