American Roofing & Waterproofing has a job opening for General Manager - Roofing & Waterproofing. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our roofing and waterproofing division.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the roofing and waterproofing division, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Oversee a team of roofing and waterproofing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of the division.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale roofing and waterproofing projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of roofing and waterproofing materials and techniques.

Certifications in roofing and waterproofing a plus.
