JD, MBA or BA in Economics, Finance, Sustainability, Human Capital, Human Resources, Sustainable Accounting or related fields or equivalent years of industry experience2-5 years of experience with consulting, project management, client services, writing, and communicationsExperience with ESG standards, frameworks, and ratings including TCFD, SASB, CDP, UN Sustainable Development Goals, GRI, MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS, etc.Strong research, analytical, and data analytics skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database managementInterest in financial markets, corporate strategy, ESG, and investor relationsCertifications related to SASB or TCFD preferredWhat You'll Do:

Lead and facilitate material delivery with clients by setting and distributing agendas, preparing appropriate client presentations, guiding discussion, answering client questions, and moreOversee the creation of a variety of deliverables ranging from project kickoff materials, benchmarking decks, research memorandums, project status updates, and moreLead team members and ensure individual contributors are on track to deliver high-quality materials on timeAnticipate client questions or new client needs before they come in and adapt the project plan and timelines accordinglyManage client ESG disclosure for tracking and reporting ESG performance to various stakeholdersAssist with ESG peer benchmarking, data mining, and chart building as part of broader projects and analysesResearch, draft, revise, and present corporate policies on Environment and Social key issue areasResearch ESG data and disclosure patterns through online platforms and data providersServe as the primary liaison between Clermont Partners and our client point(s) of contactServe as the primary source of quality assurance and review for materials or deliverables built by team membersThe expected pay range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.About Riveron:
