Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking Project Controls Analyst for our Coral Gables, FL office location. This position will support the director of planning for a large college to develop, plan and track assets. You will be interacting with Campus leadership and AECOM clients. This is an opportunity to grow a professional with a team of industry experts.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Experience in Architecture

Performs both routine and non-routine, complex modeling and drafting assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations

Make decisions with a general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines

Inclusive of Model authoring using BIM tools (Revit) and extracting drawings

Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and judgment in anticipating and solving both routine and unusual operations problems, determining operational objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and understanding and guides for diverse design and BIM activities

Coordinates with other discipline teams

Monitors quality control, progress, scheduling, and execution of task delivery

Works under general guidance and with minimum supervision

Has a good understanding of BIM Standards and workflows

Advance use of Revit

May be responsible for all or part of a project

Works under general supervision performing advanced technical work utilizing a wide variety of resources, including computers

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS in Archritecure, or Construction Management + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Experience with Revit

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Architectural Revit and Revit production

Degree in Architecture

Proficiency in Revit

Proficiency in CAD products

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $43,000.00 - $65,000.00.
