Active TS/SCI with poly requiredDelivering Customer Success is an important focus for Qlik. The Customer Success Engineer will work closely with customers and cross functionally across Qlik to achieve the customer’s overall analytics goals and outcomes while delighting our customers at every interaction.What makes this role interesting?

You will own the technical customer relationship to remove roadblocks and ensure the successful adoption of the software by becoming their trusted Qlik advisor, creating the technical plans to achieve them, and executing and evolving the plan with the customer as they accomplish key milestones on their analytics journey.Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Conduct periodic reviews of the customer’s operations and platform health to make recommendations for improving performance, stability, or adopting new features.Support and advise customers with designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing secure and scalable Qlik platforms for local, cloud, or hybrid environments.Run customer technical workshops.Advise on Analytic application development best practices.Review and monitor high severity support cases and other customer-reported issues to drive resolution and proactively identify service improvement opportunities.Maintain awareness of customer sentiment around renewal or license risks.Work closely with Qlik internal teams to ensure successful customer deployments and account growth.Advocate and communicate adherence to Qlik’s best practices and standards.We’re looking for a teammate with:

Active TS/SCI with poly requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure solutions such as server, storage, network infrastructure, or analytics.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or related technical field, or related industry experience.Prior technical account management, sales engineer, technical support, or other technical customer-facing roles.Knowledge of Qlik architecture or other data analytics applications (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Ability to design and deploy complex solutions on-premise and in the cloud.Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.Experience with deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).Understanding of data modeling and extract, transform and load (ETL) processes.Familiar with enterprise platform topics like High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Load Balancing, and Storage.Understanding of application layer protocols, such as HTTP/S, TCP/IP, UDP, and Web sockets.Experience with SSO-related software such as ADFS, SiteMinder, OpenSSO, Auth0, Okta or other SAML/OIDC providers.Knowledge of networking, firewall, and security concepts.Familiar with Machine Learning and AI concepts.Excellent presentation and communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong client-facing consultative skills.Able to empathize with customers, convey confidence, and build relationships.The location for this role is:

This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $25,600 – $30,600 per year subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
