Sr Business Analyst with CBAP/CCBA Certifcation

CMMI Maturity Level III and ISO 9001 – 2015 certified Required Skills: • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Strong analytical skills, experience with business process modeling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. • Profound knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Competency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis. • Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence) • Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • The ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Education: • A bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Certifications • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable. Responsibilities: • Lead the analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. • Collaborating with business leaders to pose inquiries and clarify requirements while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements when reviewing technology solutions. • Reviewing contracts for technical implications. • Completing exception and pre-approval documents as required. • Working with stakeholders and technical teams to craft effective solutions addressing business needs, including creating detailed functional specifications and use cases. • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. • Staying up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions and enhance business processes.
