ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFoster customer relationships in a team-based selling model.Manage deliveries based on routing schedule; troubleshoot any order process problems.Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary.Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products.Drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS1+ year of sales experience preferred.Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.Problem-solving ability and negotiation skills.Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products.EDUCATIONHS Diploma or equivalentLICENSESValid driver's license required & motor vehicle record must be in good standing.PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to stand, walk, drive, and sit frequently. Must also be able to lift and carry various weights.
