We're a partner who's there for our client's transformation journey - from strategy and delivery to achieving business outcomes. Our clients include many of the top 10 U.S. banks.As a Managing Director, you will have access to creating incredible opportunities with our clients. You will work collaboratively as part of a client-facing team to deliver value to our clients and help them meet their business objectives. The NTT Data Global presence will allow opportunities across a variety of industries and, possibly, countries! Our client base and expertise span strategic financial services institutions including top 10 U.S. banks, global payment providers, and top wealth management firms. You will regularly interact with and learn from our industry experts and more experienced team members in driving business solutions and outcomes to help our client achieve their digital, data and transformational goals.
Responsibilities:Manages and/or oversees the management of the largest and most complex client engagementsAdapts existing processes and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problemsAssesses the value of business and/or technology trends and identifies opportunities for incorporating these into the client's business and/or IT solutionsDrives the operational processes and services in support of knowledge management objectives to continuously improve program services and increase value delivered to clientsRegularly serves as a pre- sales support specialist through the development of materials and by presenting complex solutions to prospective clients as a subject matter expertAccountable for mentoring and development throughout the organizationDesigns and manages various competency-based development and training programsKey contributor to the development of leading-edge consulting solutionsDevelops and maintains effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies.Qualifications:10 plus years of consulting engagement experience in Banking/Financial Services Industry8 plus year(s)s in engagement/project management lead function responsible for project deliverables5 plus years(s) experience in a Management Consulting Firm (big 4 preferred)2 plus year(s) of experience on projects that focused on one or more of the following projects:
Development of relationships and solutions with consumer lending industry partnersMortgage, asset backed, and other consumer lendingConsumer lending target operating modelConsumer lending customer experience and user experienceConsumer loan product design and managementConsumer credit risk and credit operationsConsumer lending technologiesProcess design and optimizationConsumer loan servicingAI applications within lending
