Location: Onsite 5 days (with some flexibility) in Las Vegas, NV

This full-time role is expected to pay about $150k annually plus bonus and benefits

What You Will Do:

Implement and continuously improve cyber monitoring systems like SIEM, xSoar, and NGFW.

Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures.

Develop and refine incident response procedures, playbooks, and workflows.

Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators for potential security risks, performing analysis as needed.

Configure and optimize security tools to maximize effectiveness against cyber threats.

Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices through intelligence sources and research.

Manage key cybersecurity recovery platforms, including response and remediation planning.

What Gets You The Job:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT security, with casino experience preferred.

Expertise in security technologies like SIEM, IDS/IPS, NGFW firewalls, and network security tools.

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network fundamentals.

Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix), databases, and cloud platforms.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.

Strong familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST, PCI, CIS Controls).

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
