Summary:The Assistant Vice President, Supply Chain shall have oversight for the health system’s purchasing, inventory management, and courier service. The AVP will develop, implement, and monitor Supply Chain network goals and objectives to most effectively integrate the technical and human resources to support the organization’s mission and strategy. This role will have responsibility for managing several million dollars in annualized supply expenses and capital expenditures. The AVP will work directly with leadership of each facility to assure expectations of service are exceeded at each entity, and aligning with the Corporate Supply Chain Initiatives.
QualificationsEducation / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of hospital supply chain experience and 5 years of leadership experience required, preferably with multi-hospital supply chain experience. Involvement with receiving, storage and distribution activities.
License / Certification:
