Agile Business Systems Analyst
for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in the
Richmond, VA
area.*This position is hybridKnowledge and Skills:Must be proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering.Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.Required Skills:5 Years - Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects5 Years - Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.5 Years - Able to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.5 Years - Able to write UAT test scripts from use cases and proficient in UAT testing.5 Years - Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.5 Years - Able to track requirements throughout lifecycle of SDLC cycle5 Years - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA and Confluence5 Years - Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems5 Years - Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision5 Years - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills5 Years - Excellent written and verbal communication skills5 Years - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsDesired Skills:4 Years - Election experience strongly preferredPreferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certificationsThis opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a
