Senior Event Marketing Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to oversee all aspects of event logistics on a global scale. This role requires someone who can manage everything from planning and vendor coordination to attendee engagement and post-event analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with internal Sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our events both in the US and Europe. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and execution.

Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.

Budget Management: Track event budgets, manage invoices, and ensure timely follow-up on payments.

Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized content and presentations for events.

Attendee Engagement: Create and execute strategies to maximize attendee participation and engagement.

Performance Analysis: Analyze the value and success of events, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Travel Coordination: Manage travel logistics for the team and speakers, ensuring seamless execution of events.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align event objectives with business goals.

Accountability: Take full ownership of events, ensuring their success and continuously seeking ways to improve. Responsible for communication to all c-level executives involved.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in event management or comparable experience in similar industry work with a global focus at a large Enterprise company.

Executive communication experience: experience hosting C-level executives involved in events, and ability to provide Executive updates post-event completion.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in event management software and tools. Ability to track data in relation to event attendance, feedback, results.

Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent military and/or work experience.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international events.

Strong analytical skills and experience with post-event performance analysis.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $126,000 and $160,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
