Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be a key strategic business partner to our Online Subscription Businesses. As a member of this team, you will not only partner with cross functional teams, but you will play a central role in decisions affecting these businesses. You will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and communicating relevant business KPIs, proactively driving analyses to better inform our forecast models, expanding our various bottoms up models to reflect our business strategies, and providing strategic analyses and recommendations to our key stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

Define and drive data intense analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of business performance, growth drivers, and trending. Present these analyses and key takeaways to stakeholders.Define, maintain, understand, forecast, and communicate key KPIs for those businesses.Drive complex financial modeling development, enhancement and maintenance of models and playbooks used to map out and track business performance across the full member lifecycle.Coordinate various planning cycles (annual and quarterly forecasts) and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reviews.Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance issues.Manage and build financial/operational dashboards to monitor daily and weekly performance.Act as a key business partner to product leads and other stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in finance or related work experience.4+ years of financial analysis experience in a high-tech, or management consulting/investment banking.4+ years experience utilizing excel, including but not limited to fluency using arrays, iterative calculations, and model performance enhancements/optimizations.2+ years experience in analytics, modeling revenue, analyzing large datasets, and prioritizing across various deliverables.

Proactive, results oriented, with a can-do attitude.Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs.Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of data modeling and SQL.Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and discuss recommendations with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $82,000 to $133,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
