The Vice President of FP&A is responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role will provide critical insights and strategic guidance to the executive team, helping drive financial performance and long-term planning across all business lines. The VP of FP&A will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company's financial goals are met and will play a key role in shaping the overall strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior executives to develop and refine the company's financial and strategic goals, translating them into actionable and measurable plans. Provide leadership to drive the execution of these plans and ensure targets are achieved.

Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Lead the development of robust financial models that support business decisions and growth strategies.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders. Provide insights that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Deliver comprehensive financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews, including key metrics, revenue, and EBITDA analysis. Present findings to the executive team and other stakeholders.

Provide strategic financial guidance for mergers, acquisitions, and other business development activities. Lead financial due diligence processes and support transaction execution and integration efforts.

Develop and enhance financial, operational, and strategic models, as well as presentations that effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.

Act as a strategic business partner to department heads and country managers, ensuring financial literacy and empowering them to make data-driven decisions that align with the company's goals.

Establish annual goals and objectives for the FP&A team, optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement process improvements to streamline operations and maintain high standards of service and quality.

Partner with IT to enhance financial systems and tools, driving improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Complete various financial, accounting, and administrative reports, and perform other duties as assigned or necessary to support the business.

Job Requirements/Expertise:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of financial planning and analysis experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are strongly preferred.

Extensive experience with FP&A systems and tools, and the ability to lead the implementation of new technologies and processes.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities and driving results under pressure.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with a strong aptitude for handling large volumes of data.

Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail; ability to identify trends and insights that drive business outcomes.

A self-starter with strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset, capable of navigating complex financial landscapes.

Prefer experience with recurring revenue business models
