team. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports staffing efforts by conducting full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of the business' revenue generating efforts. Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, the Talent Acquisition Partner will identify talent to fill immediate openings and pipeline for future opportunities.As the Talent Acquisition Partner, here's the work you'll do:Ensures open requisitions are filled in a timely manner by applying effective sourcing techniques and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates. Using various sourcing methodologies (competitive intelligence, referrals, job boards, social media, etc), the Talent Acquisition Partner will proactively seek and evaluate the most qualified candidates (with a strong emphasis on diversity), to present to the hiring manager.Utilizes a consultative approach with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess future skill requirements and devises appropriate talent strategies.The Talent Acquisition Partner will thoroughly screen each candidate and provide details with recommendations to be presented to the hiring manager.Responsible for posting, updating and closing requisitions in a timely manner using the Company's applicant tracking system.This role is for you if you have these skills:Expertise in full life-cycle recruiting with the understanding of talent acquisition, workforce planning, process development and its impact on overall business strategy.Working knowledge of recruiting/staffing policies and procedures and compliance regulations.Must possess the ability to work in a high-stress, rapid paced environment.Effective communication, organizational, written, interpersonal and analytical skills.Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.And if you have these qualifications:Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.3+ years of recruiting experience. Experience recruiting engineers preferred.Recruiting certifications or SHRM CP/PHR certifications preferred.Experience working with ATS Systems, LinkedIn Recruiting.Great attitude and team player.Successful completion of background screening process.In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,160.00-$99,240.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.We care about our employees and it shows.
