Additionally, the Dispensary Lead implements and maintains the policies and procedures of the Company and ensures compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for either opening or closing of dispensary (key holder)Balancing cash and product inventory as part of daily closing procedureObserving and participating in patient services during consultation and saleUpdating Communication Binder for most current information for team membersAuditing patient intake forms for accuracy and completionAssisting with Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) programMaintaining accountability of all team members, in relation to specific job descriptionPerforming general office work, such as filing records, operating copy machines, and using emailUpholding all Company policies and proceduresProviding General Manager with feedback on inventory levels and sales on a weekly basisEnsuring that all dispensary agents maintain proper recordkeeping such as patient intake forms, cash handling records, chain of custody documents and waste disposal logsHelping educate all team members on product offerings and any changes in state or city regulationsAssisting with coordinating patient home delivery schedule with Delivery ManagerParticipating in weekly and quarterly management meetingsCompany Culture:Being a company brand ambassador and representing the brand appropriately.Building relationships with community leaders and trust from our neighbors.Following and implementing the company’s core values, including respect, diversity, sustainability, research and service.Ensuring adherence to the company’s cultural principles.Maintaining dispensary aesthetic according to the company’s brand, including music selection and daily cleanliness.Participating and embracing a highly motivated team environment.Implementing brand sales marketing strategies.Minimum Qualifications:Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environmentBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred1 – 3 years in a retail environment managing a teamKnowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plusExperience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systemsStrong interpersonal skillsMust be 21 years of age or older.Must successfully pass an extensive background check, including CORI.Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs.Physical and Environmental Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts;Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays;Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday;Ability to stand for extended periods of time;Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:General office environment;Extended computer usage;Extended phone usage including teleconferences, and work environments that include exposure to, but not limited to, fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor AC, no AC, motion, and noise.iAnthus Capital Management provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
