Description:Our customer in search of a junior level service desk specialists to perform within password resets, answering phone calls, hardware/software break fix, installations, AD, account access, etc.o Provides first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems. Includes both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requestso Provides polite and friendly customer serviceo Attempts to resolve as many incidents during the first contact, or at Tier I. Efficiently escalates incidents to higher Tier II or Tier III when requiredo Documents incident status and solutions in incident database tools.o Possesses current working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common windows applicationso Works through various types Tier II issues with telephone assisto Provides answers to Frequently Asked Questions or solutions to common problems as part of a customer self-help capability1) Must have an active TS/SCI2) Security+ CE4.) Must earn a Microsoft windows O/S certification prior to starting6 years with Bachelor's degree8 years with AA degree or working towards one.Skills:Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
