Reporting to:
Vice President of Investor RelationsWhat You'll Do for Us:Collaborate with and support the executive and IR teams in executing the IR strategy, operating plans, budget, and global IR program.Lead the support to analyze the company's stock price, brokerage analysts' estimates, industry and peer company news, economic data, and the stock market.Create complex financial models to develop an internal strategic and competitive framework for senior management.Work with internal teams to gather performance data and support drafting earnings and news releases.Support preparation for large-scale analyst presentations and collaborate with internal groups for detailed questions.Analyze institutional ownership of the company's stock and develop a plan to optimize the shareholder base.Coordinate logistics for quarterly analyst conference calls and investor conferences.Maintain or direct suppliers for the IR website section and content.LOCATION:
AtlantaHybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtualTravel:
30%Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)Five years related work experienceOutstanding financial and investment analysis skillsClear understanding of financial modeling techniquesIn-depth knowledge of financial and investment marketsAdvanced PowerPoint skillsUnderstanding of securities regulations and strategic communicationStrong interpersonal skills and a desire to learnEnergetic, efficient, and resourceful team playerCore Capabilities:Ability to solve complex problems and quickly interpret new informationOutstanding strategic thinking skillsDeep knowledge of the Company's business model and financial performanceAbility to devise new communications strategiesStrong advocacy of the Company's positionKnowledge of disclosure and regulatory legal requirementsWhat We Can Do For You:Iconic & Innovative Brands:
