We are looking for a Solution Consultant professional who can excel in and add expertise to a team in clinical trial strategy, planning, and execution.This role is for you if you are versatile, adaptive, and eager to learn and grow your career within the clinical trial strategy, planning, feasibility, and recruitment space. You will help clients meet their business goals leveraging Citeline’s evolving suite of solutions and services. You should have subject matter expertise with clinical operations/life sciences knowledge and experience. You’ll work collaboratively with Sales and Implementation to deliver value to clients through innovative solutions focused on accelerating the success of clinical trials and bringing critical new treatment options to patients.This role will partner closely with sales, implementation, and product to identify and qualify sponsor’s business/technical needs. You’re responsible for communicating how Citeline’s solutions provide benefit to those needs and must understand the customer requirements. You will have a firm understanding of Citeline Clinical suite of solutions which deliver support across Real World Data (RWD) custom use-case solutions, protocol, feasibility, and recruitment.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Citeline Product and Sales teams to test new clinical offerings with several potential clients and share feedback from Voice of Client back to internal stakeholders.Collaborate with the Learning and Development/Enablement team to ensure appropriate and timely roll out of Early Adopter and General Adopter programs for new Citeline clinical solutions.Run capabilities and scoping discussions across various client personas to determine Clinical use cases and develop strategy and solutions based on Citeline’s Clinical Product and Data.Partner with Citeline’s sales team proactively.Represent Citeline at meetings, conferences, and webinars demonstrating clear understanding of the clinical lifecycle, clinical operations, and the current landscape.Other Standard Solution Consulting Responsibilities:Consistent collaboration with the sales leadership team to identify opportunities for business growth.Support sales with an informed, current clinical point of view.Be a pivotal team member in the preparation and execution of key customer meetings.Provide a point of view and tailored product demonstration based on product lifecycle, therapeutic area, and other important considerations.Collaborate with leadership and product management on perceived gaps in product capabilities.Scope client solutions if it is determined that a services overlay may fill a gap needed to close business.Develop outstanding professional relationships to maximize lifetime value of each account.Support revenue growth through innovative initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to align and integrate strategic initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field and/or industry experience in related roles.Proven track record of high performance in a client-facing role for a minimum of 5 years.A passion for healthcare, life sciences, data/analytics, and technology.Experience in working with Citeline products/data/tools is preferred.Nuances of specific disease areas (such as Immunology, Oncology, Rare Disease) and associated operational challenges are preferred.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Client-centric communication ability to demonstrate empathy and confidence in interactions with clients.Thrives in working with others and enjoys working at a fast pace alongside a team committed to success.Highly skilled communicator with the ability to work across executive leadership and cross-functionality.Strong skills in communicating meaningful value propositions to buyers.Data-driven communicator with the ability to synthesize issues quickly.Collaborative team player driven to win as part of a team.Operates with a sense of urgency and thrives on continuous improvement.Recognizes the importance of building a culture that enables a high-performing selling team.Ability to present complex clinical solutions simply through storytelling.Operates with a high level of ethics and communicates with honesty and transparency.Must communicate with a high degree of confidence while demonstrating data in applications.Travel:Must be able to travel 20% or more.Our Guiding Principles for success at Norstella:Integrity, Truth, and RealityKindness, Empathy, and GraceResilience, Mettle, and PerseveranceCompensation and Benefits:The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $180,000.
