Job Title: Quality Assurance TechnicianResponsibilities:Conduct in-process and finished product quality checks/inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.Perform routine tests on processing batches and finished goods using lab equipment such as moisture testers and pH meters.Take measurements and weights of products, assembling reports in Excel.Manage and file Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and review ingredient COAs.Monitor production lines to ensure product suitability for customers.Conduct monthly inspections for Glass, Brittle Plastic, Wood, and Ceramic.Maintain Hold and Foreign Material Logs, including documentation of non-conforming materials.Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment and the facility before production startup or changeovers.Conduct ATP swabbing for sanitation verification and perform environmental testing.Retain product samples for mold studies and conduct analytical tests (moisture, pH, TTA) and sensory evaluations (color, taste, smell).Train employees on quality procedures, policies, and critical control verifications.Assist in internal audits, foreign material investigations, and other QA-related tasks as assigned by the QA Manager.Provide support to production lines and assist with various tasks as needed.Requirements:Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent required.QA experience is a plus.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency with computers, including Excel.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.We are looking for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a high-quality production environment.
