Full Job Description
As the Warehouse Analyst at EdgeUno, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and monitoring supply chain logistics operations and cross-border import projects in the industry. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure efficient procurement, logistics, and transportation processes, contributing to cost savings and operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor supply chain logistics operations efficiently.
Maintain inventory up to date, with check-in and check-out materials
Handle, prepare and dispatch shipments from our warehouse.
Plan and track product shipments according to specific requirements.
Identify deviations and optimize logistics processes and tools.
Ensure compliance by obtaining and managing necessary logistics documentation.
Oversee seamless cross-border import/export operations.
Act as a key point of contact for raising potential logistics issues.
Utilize logistics IT systems for process optimization.
Effectively monitor orders and manage equipment stock.
Maintain productive communication with suppliers, retailers, and customers.
Maintain detailed records and prepare accurate reports for management.
If required, giving cross teams support (IT, Datacenter)
Requirements
Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements.
Strong communication skills, and hunger to grow.
Results-oriented with a focus on cost savings and efficiency.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in logistics IT systems and tools.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
B2+/C1 English level

Strong understanding of cross-border import/export regulations and compliance. (desirable).
Proven experience in logistics, and/or supply chain management, within our business (Considered a PLUS).
