What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of full-stack applications using ReactJS and C#/.NET servicesCollaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces across multiple platformsImplement server communications leveraging secure APIs and streaming transport protocolsDrive technical decisions and mentor other developers on the teamOptimize application performance and manage technical debt to support future business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field8+ years of hands-on experience in professional full-stack development with a focus on modern web technologiesStrong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills and experience with design patternsExpertise in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScriptProficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, and SQL Server
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with financial industry systemsAdvanced experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET for building back-end servicesFamiliarity with gRPC or GraphQLKnowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
