RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage funding in accordance with Federal regulations.Supervise Title V grant staff.Serve as the primary University contact for grant program information.Work closely with staff, faculty, students, alumni, and community members to boost participation in the grant.Support Herzing University's Hispanic student population, meeting students where they are on-campus or online.Provide services to facilitate a smooth transition into the classroom for Hispanic students and academic success through graduation.Advocate for these students, ensuring their classroom needs are met, connecting them with institutional and community resources, and fostering a positive educational environment.
