The Moore Center is seeking a dynamic and innovative Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP / COO is responsible for program operations, regional capacity building, and strategically identifying new program and revenue opportunities. Optimize operational capabilities, oversee strategic plans and their progress and assess Agency-wide efficiencies and processes.

Oversees the Senior Operations Team, including all Client Services, Family Support, Intake, Eligibility and Wait List Management, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Organizational Compliance, Medicaid Utilization and the organization’s client crisis response.

Provides Agency-wide leadership with specific focus on areas of direct operational and fiscal oversight in accordance with all relevant State of New Hampshire He-M regulations. Functions as the organization’s liaison with the State’s Bureau of Developmental Services.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Human Services and Community-Based Services

Minimum 10-12 years of management experience

Comprehensive knowledge of developmental and intellectual disabilities service system

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
