Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its San Francisco office, with hybrid or remote work arrangements available within the State of California. This is an opportunity to join a growing construction practice with both litigation and transactional work, representing design, construction, real estate, and environmental professionals. Candidates will also have the opportunity to work on personal injury, insurance, and other civil litigation matters. Ideal candidates will have background in one or more of the areas noted above and will be well-versed in conducting expert witness depositions and drafting discovery and dispositive motions. California bar admission is required.
