Your Career

As a Software Engineer for Prisma Access, you will be working on designing, developing, and maintaining multiple platforms application code. We use technologies like C/C++, Visual C++, Qt-tool, script, apt-get, etc.

You will work on understanding our existing Windows, Mac, and/or Linux application projects and add a variety of enhancements, features and tools. This will involve implementation of features in an iterative way and releasing full solutions to the larger engineering organization.

Your Impact

You will be responsible for developing and sustaining Prisma Access client products on multiple platforms

You will work with product management on user requirements

Apply your knowledge to functional design

Utilize your programming skills for efficient and robust implementation

Interact with quality assurance and field support teams in debugging, troubleshooting, replicating, and resolving issues found in Prisma Access client software

Qualifications:Qualifications

Your Experience

You have a M.S./B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent military experience

At least 12 years of relevant experience

Software development experience in Windows and Linux environments required

Proficient in C/C++, Rust, MFC, script, or Qt dev environment required

Application programming knowledge in windows/Linux required, IoT system a plus

Familiar with Windows and multiple Linux distributions - RHEL, Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.

Experience with crash dump analysis

Knowledge of Software development flow and design

Experience with diagnosing, root causing, and resolving issues a plus

Experience with network and cloud programming is a plus

Be a self-starter, motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $170,000/yr to $275,000/yr.
