Industrial Painter/ Blaster Pay: \$19/hr. Hours: Day & Night Shift Job type: Temp to Hire Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma Join our team as an Industrial Painter, responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal surfaces with precision and care. What youll be doing:
Read work orders and follow instructions for painting tasks.Prepare and mix paints to match specified colors and clean surfaces before painting.Apply masking tape and drop cloths to protect non-painted areas.Operate spray guns to apply various coatings such as enamel, epoxy, and lacquer.Load and move materials using forklifts and cranes, and maintain production records.Perform abrasive blasting to prepare surfaces, ensuring parts meet specifications.Assist in basic paint application and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.Use and interpret DFT measuring equipment for quality control.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of related experience.Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and be able to wear a respirator.Physically active, able to lift up to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
