Part of AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS), the AWS Investments team’s mission is to connect the “field” with the resources they need to acquire, grow, and retain customers in the most efficient and secure way possible. Our platform powers the biggest sales and marketing programs at AWS from Startup Activate to Enterprise Migrations and Partners. Through these programs we invest billions a year in cash, credits, and time to accelerate positive customer outcomes.We are looking for a passionate, creative, and seasoned Product Leader with deep expertise in Go-To-Market platforms, tools, and processes. In this role, you will be focused on Partner programs and integrating them onto our platform. You will work backwards from the customer to deliver high quality, durable, and scalable solutions. You will define strategies and evangelize them across a broad group of stakeholders. You will execute these strategies and remove blockers along the way. You will ensure the strategy delivers the desired outcomes, quickly learn and iterate when it doesn’t, and double down when it does. Most importantly, you will positively contribute to the culture and performance of the team as we have fun making history!Key job responsibilities

Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.Create product strategy documents that clearly describe customer problem, business use cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.Analyze market data to develop adoption strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.Collaborate closely with engineering, product operations, and enablement teams in the development, QA, and release of products.Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.Experience managing technical products or online services.Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.MBA.Expertise in Go-To-Market platform, tools, and process.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
